MANUFACTURING
We combine traditional workmanship and the latest technology, such as CNC machining and laser cutting, to manufacture wood products of the highets quality. Our workshop is designed for both short and long batch runs, allowing us to deliver quality products on time. Besides, we are making great efforts to develop new products to meet different requirements.
DESIGN & SAMPLING
With CNC machining , we can manufacture prototypes and functional components for end-use applications. Our software analyses your CAD file and generates your quote. Our engineers provide on demand support in optimising your design and getting it ready for production. We finalize the design and start the production. Our workshop has own production line, managing by a team of years experience leaders and professional designers.
Also being able to produce our own wood products of articles under our own brand or your private label gives us flexibility and possibility when mass production is desired.
PRODUCTION – WOODWORKING
We have applied our years of experience and know-how to manufacture products which satisfy the requirements of even the most demanding customer. We select the best draft design and check on the materials, the types of wood, textures and color harmony. After selecting the best boards, we begin to transform them into in our sawmill. The boards will be naturally air-dried for two to three months for further new next projects. Our network of manufacturers, specialised in sawing and CNC work, ensures can always find you the perfect match. We are team of engineers, Handcrafted by talented craftspeople and designers with the shared objective of making wood manufacturing easier, faster and qualitier for everyone involved. During production the steps to carry out the inspections actively at each stage are applied with great importance The quality of the products is evaluated according to World-class quality assessments (AQL-Acceptable Quality Limit) Our technical team, controls merchandises regularly and prepare reports. SUSTAINABILITY
Linseed oil is food safe and can apply to any wooden surface directly in contact with food and meals. We use Linseed oil for finish to preserve wood products, especially those that come in contact with food (ie. cutting boards, wood bowls, etc) regarding to special inquiry from our customers. Also known as flaxseed oil, is one of the most popular wood finishes in the world. It is easy to care for, eco-friendly, and produces a satin finish that really brings out the color and grain of the wood underneath Linseed oil is food grade, Because of being food-safe finish, Linseed oil can use for children toys, cutting boards, butcher blocks, animal cages and kitchen countertops without any issue.It doesn’t contain VOCs or any other artificial chemicals. Because of being non-toxic within the scope of EN71 and CE standarts for health. Linseed oil can be used to finish kitchen utensils and children’s toys. Linseed oil repels water and is hydrophobic. It has good resistance against moisture and water particles.
